We will endeavour to dispatch your item within 48 hours of receiving payment, however in some instances this may not be possible.

Pick up orders are only available from Oxley Island and is limited to selected products, contact us for details. All orders are subject to stock availability.

Delivery to most parts of Australia is estimated to be 10 working days, in most cases sooner than this although this is dependent on the remoteness of your location to our distributions centres. Any issues related to postage or delivery delays should be raised with us as soon as possible. We will take action with our selected courier to resolve any issues once they become known, within 24 hours or next business day.

Investigations into lost, delayed or damaged parcels in transit may take several weeks to complete. You will be kept informed throughout the process. Unless covered by insurance, items lost during transport are the responsibility of the courier.

Your Online Plaza is not responsible for; delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of; income as a result of delays, profits, contracts, data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind or otherwise due to delivery issues.

If you are paying by Paypal, please make sure your Paypal delivery address has been entered in your Paypal profile and that it matches where you wish the parcel to be sent, before selecting Paypal as a payment method this is so paypal will have the correct address for this order. Orders that have Paypal addresses that do not match orders may be refunded rather than delivered.

We take fraud seriously, and as such, we take all necessary steps to ensure your purchase is secure. For larger orders we may request:

  • A faxed or email copy of your Drivers Licence and Credit card to ensure you are the credit card holder, the address on the driver’s licence must match the delivery address.
  • After the first verification, future purchases may be subject to random checks
  • All orders are subject to verification of identity before being processed.
  • Any suspected fraudulent activity will be reported directly to the police.

We strive to have competitive prices, so should you find a product at a lower price elsewhere, we will do our best to match or beat that price however, this may not always be possible. We will require proof of the price from our competitor (online site or promotion) and they must be an Australian Registered Company with an ABN. Once we have these details we will investigate and will do our best to get back to you within 48 hours.

All products come with a 30-day money back guarantee covering items received damaged and factory defective.

Our products generally come with a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise; against manufacturer defects. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind. Extended warranties will be specified on the relevant product listings.

You will need to notify us within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be notified to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return an item without confirmation that the product is defective - credit will not be given in these cases.

To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us, and the purchase date. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.

The refund process generally takes 3 working days, and we will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process. In the event we need to go back to the manufacturer or conduct further investigation / testing, more time may be required, and you will be notified accordingly.

A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers. If in doubt, please contact us.


  • We accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered
  • Please send an email including pictures or video of the condition of the product (in working order and as new) and an explanation of why you would like to return the product. From this we will determine if the product is eligible for return. Note: for a change of mind or non-defective return, the product must be in as new condition and in original packaging
  • We will notify you as to whether or not the return is eligible, and if the return is accepted then we will provide the address of where the product is to be sent. Please do not assume the product is returned to sender as it may need to be sent to a different location. Please do not return the product to us without prior consultation and acceptance – credit will not be given in these cases
  • If we require the product to be returned to us we will advise how to proceed, in some cases we will provide a return postage label, or we may request you to arrange the return.
  • If a return label is provided to you, we will refund the total order amount less the initial and return postage, and less the restocking fee of 20%
  • If a return label is not provided to you, we will refund the total order amount less initial postage, and less the restocking fee of 20%
  • In the event of a change of mind before the item is received, the action of RTS (Return to Sender) will be required, we will refund the total order amount less the initial postage, any return to sender fees, and less the restocking fee of 20%
  • We do not accept responsibility for after- play damages, improper installation or customer modified items. We have no responsibility for incidents caused by overcharging (Nimh, Nicd, Lipo Li-ion, etc.) batteries, using wrong charger types or improper storage / transport of batteries

If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Extract from the ACCC website.
